The Problem
The SnoozeShade founder was becoming increasingly concerned about sales volumes and business growth. She knew there was HUGE potential in digital marketing – specifically Meta ads – but having tried them in the past and not seen success she was cautious and confused about how to get them working. Added to this was the fact that, despite speaking to several agencies, she was struggling to find a team that genuinely understood the SnoozeShade product range and the solutions it offers the customer.
What SnoozeShade needed was expert direction from an agency that would light the way, not lurk in the shadows. A team that could scale their business proactively in a challenging climate.
WE DID A FREE, NO-STRINGS AUDIT OF THEIR EXISTING DIGITAL MARKETING, AND HERE’S WHAT WE DISCOVERED:
Problem #1
❌ They hadn’t identified how to speak to their target audience and connect with them through ad copy and creative. They needed scroll-stopping ads that conveyed the USPs and benefits of the products in a way that really resonated with their audience and left no doubt that SnoozeShade was the answer to their problem.
Problem #2 - They didn’t have a clear strategy or funnel set up to support their growth goals
❌ They didn’t have a high-level advertising strategy in place or an advertising funnel set up to generate the best possible results, and were leaving money on the table. They needed help reaching and speaking to potential customers at every point in their purchasing journey, overcoming their objections, and moving them from window shopper to loyal SnoozeShade fan.
Problem #3 - People visiting their website weren’t buying
❌ Their website was only converting at 1% and the industry benchmark is 2–3%. This meant that ads were sending people to their website, but they weren’t buying. We knew that in order for ads to work for them, we needed to help them increase the conversion rate.

The Solution: Meta Ads management
✅ We overhauled SnoozeShade’s strategy for Meta ads and took on the management of all aspects of their campaigns.
✅ We developed customer avatars and helped them craft messaging for ads that we knew would resonate with their target audience.
✅ We advised on and helped them build individual landing pages for their key products to improve their ad conversion rates. We also gave them conversion rate optimisation (CRO) advice for their website.
✅ We helped them market in their other territories including the US, Canada and Australia.
✅ We scaled their account to increase revenue so the business could grow.
The Results

Ecommerce brands
This breastfeeding-friendly clothing brand wanted to scale their business and break through monthly plateaus. With £50k months in mind we supported this brand with Google Shopping and Klaviyo email marketing. Within 2 months we hit £50k and are looking forward to doubling those revenue goals!
This children’s interiors brand had had success with organic socials using it successfully to scale the business. However, this could only take them so far and they were starting to plateau. Through running targeted Meta Ads we were able to scale their new customer acquisition to 80% and achieved an average blended ROAS of 18 and a MER of 6%
Subscription box businesses
This monthly subscription box was developed to support business owners with the tools and support they need to grow their business. Through highly targeted Meta ads we’ve helped this brand to scale and turned it from zero to six figures.
This children’s subscription box was created to support parents and children under the age of 8 to develop strong reading skills alongside the work they do at school. Our goal for this client was to reduce CPAs and our target was £33. We have smashed this goal and have brought CPAs down to £19.49. We are now supporting this client to sustainably scale the brand.
